Our training system is the culmination of 25 years of research and experience and the results speak for themselves. We have over 90 different classes that target every aspect of fitness to ensure you are trained to be functionally strong, cardiovascular fit & refreshingly flexible.
The key to our unique training system is our 7 zones which each focus on a different component of fitness & performance. So you will not only be leaner, fitter & stronger but you will also enhance speed, power, agility, mobility, coordination, balance, core strength & function.
Classes change every 12 hours to ensure you never get bored, you cover all aspects of conditioning and to most importantly avoid injuries so you can keep training for the long term.
